Warranties and Returns

Change of Mind Returns:
If you change your mind, refunds will be given within 7 days of purchase. Prior authorisation must be sought and given by Quilter's Bazaar before shipping the goods back to us. The goods must be unused, and the goods and any boxes or packets must be in brand new condition. Return shipping and packaging is at the purchaser's expense. The purchase price, excluding postage and packaging charges, will be credited to your account on receipt of the goods in brand new condition.
If, in the opinion of Quilter's Bazaar, the goods are not received in brand new condition, we reserve the right to, at our discretion, either (i) post the goods back to you at your expense, with no refund given, or (ii) offer a lesser refund amount for the goods.
Any goods returned must be suitably packaged to protect the goods from damage in transit. The customer shall be liable for any damage caused to the returned goods in transit. Goods damaged in transit shall be treated as being not in saleable condition, with the above options (i) and/or (ii) being applied at the discretion of Quilter's Bazaar.

Goods Found Damaged in Transit to the Customer:
All products shipped leave our premises in brand new condition (unless otherwise stated). Any goods that are damaged when they arrive to you will therefore have been damaged in transit. Quilter's Bazaar makes every effort to suitably package postal articles to prevent damage to the goods within. Quilter's Bazaar shall not be held liable for any damage caused to goods during transport to you. If you are in any way concerned about the goods being damaged, please ask us about postal insurance options.

Goods Which Become Faulty After a Period of Time:
All goods which become faulty due to manufacturing or materials defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for that particular product. Some products can be returned to us, while others need to be sent to the manufacturer or distributor directly. If you are in doubt, before posting the goods, contact us to be advised of the correct procedure for your faulty product. All postage and packaging costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that no claims will be accepted for goods that have been abused, poorly maintained or stored, or used in a manner contrary to their intended use. No claims will be accepted for normal wear and tear.
