Payment Information We accept a variety of payment options. You can select your preferred option during the checkout process. Credit Card - either VISA or MasterCard - via our secure Bendigo Bank server. We can also accept credit card payments over the phone. Direct Deposit - via the internet or over the counter at the bank Australia Post Money Order Personal Cheque - You can pay by personal or bank cheque, but only if the cheque is issued by an Australian bank or financial institution. We regret that we are unable to accept personal cheques, bank cheques, cashiers cheques, or any other type of cheque drawn on overseas banks or financial institutions. Important Information for cheque payments Orders paid for by cheque will be posted after proceeds of the cheque have cleared to our account - this may take between 3 and 5 working days. Dishonoured Cheques We understand that mistakes do happen, and sometimes there may not be sufficient funds in an account to honour a cheque. Unfortunately, when we deposit a cheque that is then dishonoured our bank charges us a fee, to cover the associated costs involved in dealing with a dishonoured cheque. Therefore, a dishonoured cheque will attract a $15 charge, which pays for the fee we are charged by our bank. This charge must be paid before any orders can be sent, or any other purchases can be made. Where more than one cheque has been dishonoured, we ask that an alternative payment option be used for future purchases.
